The Hogg & Mitchell’s building has been listed by the Environment Agency because of its significance to the industrial heritage of the city and because of its architectural significance. It was constructed in 1898 by David Hogg and Charles Mitchell as a shirt factory. In 2001 the building was re-imagined as luxury apartments in an award winning renovation project.
"I would recommend absolutely everything about these apartments from cleanliness to staff friendliness. Location is first class near to bars, restaurants and lots of places of interest."
"Simply outstanding- everything worked and the luxury of the apartment was the best I've seen to date. I met other residents in the elevator who agreed - why would you ever stay in a hotel again"
